 WELLBEING
building confidence, resilience and success
One of our most popular sessions - Failure for Fuel - will teach your students how to successfully reframe failure as an opportunity for growth, to build confidence and implement daily practice to reach their goals.

We discuss our top tips on how to approach failure in a positive way. We see ‘failure’ as an opportunity to adapt our approach, grow and build successes from it. Through a mix of interactive exercises, games, polls and quizzes the students fuel our discussion on the positive aspects of failure. We aim to help students create their own short and long term aims and objectives, and help them set out plans to achieve them through daily practice. Finally, using our own experience, we explore different ways to handle nerves and focus on confidence building techniques that students can use when dealing with anxiety over exams and their future.

wellbeing for learning
This session focuses on how the brain learns, whether it be through memories or reward patterns. Knowing how the brain functions provides individuals with a code to learn; when Push is not on hand to support a student, they - along with their parents/carers - will understand how studying techniques and environment are crucial things to consider when a student revises and learns.
Thinking about a students’ environment outside of school acknowledges that students are not only learning and studying in a classroom, Push understands that educating the people around a learning student can greatly improve their quality of learning.
