Session Title: 'Student hassles and how to deal with them'

- Year 9-13 | S3-S6 | KS3, 4, 5 |
- In School Session or Webinar
- Typically 45-60 Minutes
​- 1-500 in school, 1-100+ on Zoom
Learning Objectives
- Build soft skills that improve stress management
- Discuss ways to keep fit and healthy, physically and mentally
- Come up with solutions that students may face due to the pandemic
- Consider how students may need to adapt over the next academic year


Session Description
This session will help students prepare for whatever the future may bring. Push members will provide sound advice so students can develop resilience and a healthy attitude to difficulties that life may bring. Worries about education can affect a student’s mental wellbeing; if students can reflect on their feelings and maintain perspective they will have excellent stress management skills, their confidence regarding the future will be exactly where it should be.
