The University of Exeter, high on a hill overlooking the River Exe and gazing out to sea, used to have a reputation for attracting rich kids who didn't make it into Oxbridge, it’s slightly more mixed these days but only slightly... more detail The Uni has 31 departments, all of which pull their weight and have reputations to prove it.
